The Go Live checklist

When you first log into Spatula, you will see the Go Live page. This is a step-by-step checklist that walks you through everything you need before your store can accept orders.

There are six steps to complete:

  1. Store Details — add your store name, address, phone number, and email.

  2. Opening Hours — set at least one day your store is open for business.

  3. Services — enable at least one service type: pickup, delivery, or dine-in.

  4. Menu Items — add at least one menu with products your customers can order.

  5. Payments — enable at least one payment method (card, cash, or card on delivery).

  6. Storefront Branding — upload your store logo for a professional look.

Going live

Once all six steps show a green tick, the "Go Live" button will become available. Click it and your storefront will be published — customers can start ordering immediately.

You can always go back and change any of these settings later from the Settings page.

Tips for a smooth launch

  • Test your storefront before going live by visiting the preview link in your dashboard.

  • Place a test order yourself to make sure everything works as expected.

  • Make sure your merchant app is installed and logged in so you receive order notifications from the moment you go live.
