What is QR code table ordering?
QR code table ordering lets dine-in customers scan a code on their table to open your menu, place their order, and pay — all from their phone. No waiting for a server to take their order.
Setting up table ordering
Go to Settings > Services and make sure Dine-in is enabled.
Set the number of tables your restaurant has.
Go to the Table QR Codes page from your dashboard sidebar.
QR codes are automatically generated for each table.
Printing QR codes
You can download individual QR codes or generate a PDF with all table QR codes for printing. Each QR code includes the table number so customers can verify they scanned the right table.
How it works for customers
Customer sits down and scans the QR code on their table.
Your storefront opens with the table number pre-filled.
They browse the menu, add items to their cart, and place their order.
The order arrives in your dashboard and merchant app with the table number clearly shown.
Your kitchen prepares the order and your staff delivers it to the table.
Tips
Laminate your QR code cards for durability.
Place them where customers can easily scan — on the table or on a small stand.
Consider adding a short instruction like "Scan to order" next to the QR code.
