SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) settings control how your storefront appears in search results when people search for restaurants in your area.

Available SEO settings

In Settings > Storefront, scroll to the SEO section:

  • Meta title — the title that appears in search results and browser tabs. If not set, it defaults to your store name.

  • Meta description — the short description shown below the title in search results. Make it compelling to encourage clicks.

  • Favicon — the small icon shown in browser tabs. Upload your logo or a simplified version of it.

Tips for good SEO

  • Include your location in the meta title (e.g., "Best Pizza in Officer, VIC").

  • Keep the meta description under 160 characters and mention your key offerings.

  • Use your actual store logo as the favicon for brand consistency.

  • Having a custom domain also helps with SEO compared to using a generic URL.
