Configuring your hours
Your opening hours determine when customers can place orders on your storefront. Outside of these hours, customers can still browse your menu but cannot complete an order.
Setting hours by day
Go to Settings > Store.
For each day of the week, set your opening and closing times.
Mark any days you are closed.
You can set different hours for each day.
Per-service hours
You can set different hours for each service type. For example, you might offer pickup from 10am to 10pm but only deliver between 5pm and 9pm. Configure these overrides within each service type's settings.
Holiday hours
For special days (public holidays, events), you can override your regular hours. This lets you handle situations like extended holiday hours or early closures without changing your regular schedule.
How it appears to customers
Your storefront displays your opening hours so customers know when they can order. If your store is currently closed, customers see a clear "Closed" message with your next opening time. They can still browse the menu and schedule orders for future times if you have scheduling enabled.
