Coupons and discounts
Create coupon codes to offer discounts and promotions to your customers. Coupons are managed from the Marketing page in your dashboard.
Coupon types
Order discount — a discount on the entire order (e.g., 10% off your order).
Product discount — a discount on specific products or categories.
Delivery fee discount — a discount on the delivery fee (e.g., free delivery).
Buy X Get Y — buy a certain quantity and get items free or discounted.
Free gift — get a free item with your order.
Creating a coupon
Go to Marketing > Coupons.
Click "+ New Coupon".
Choose the coupon type.
Set the discount method (flat amount or percentage) and value.
Configure optional limits: usage limit, per-customer limit, minimum order amount.
Set optional scheduling: start date, end date, and days of the week.
Choose whether the coupon is public (shown to all customers) or private (code must be shared).
Public coupons
Public coupons appear on your storefront during checkout, so customers can browse available deals. Private coupons require the customer to enter the code manually.
Managing coupons
From the coupons list, you can toggle coupons on/off, edit their details, copy the code, or delete them. You can also see usage stats for each coupon.
