Reward your regulars
The loyalty program lets customers earn points on every order and redeem them for discounts. It is a powerful way to encourage repeat business.
Setting up your loyalty program
Go to Marketing > Loyalty in your dashboard.
Toggle the loyalty program on.
Configure the earn rate — how many points customers earn per dollar spent (e.g., 1 point per dollar).
Set the redemption rate — how many points equal a dollar of discount (e.g., 100 points = $1 off).
Optionally set a signup bonus — points awarded when a customer creates an account.
Set the minimum points required to redeem.
How customers earn points
Points are earned automatically on every completed order. The customer sees their points balance on the checkout page and in their account.
How customers redeem points
At checkout, customers can choose to apply their points as a discount. They see their available balance and how much discount it translates to.
Viewing loyalty members
In the Loyalty tab, you can see all loyalty members with their current balance, total points earned, and total points redeemed. This helps you identify your most loyal customers.
