Your customer records
The Customers page shows everyone who has ordered from your store. You have full access to your customer data — it belongs to your business, not the platform.
Customer list
The customer list shows each customer's name, email, phone number, total orders, and total spend. Use the search bar to find customers by name, email, or phone number.
Customer detail view
Click on a customer to see their full profile:
Contact information — name, email, phone, and saved addresses.
Order statistics — total orders, total spend, average order value, and member since date.
Order history — a list of all their past orders with status, date, and total.
Loyalty balance — if your loyalty program is active, see their current points balance.
Using customer data
Customer records help you:
Recognise and reward regular customers.
Follow up on large orders or special requests.
Understand your customer base and ordering patterns.
Plan marketing campaigns targeted at your best customers.
