Confirmation messages

Configure what messages customers receive when they place an order. Go to Settings > Notifications to set up:

  • Order confirmation message — the message shown to customers after they place an order.

  • Milestone messages — special messages triggered when a customer reaches a milestone (e.g., 10th order).

Per-service notes

You can add notes that appear to customers when they select a service type at checkout:

  • Pickup notes — e.g., "Please come to the side entrance for pickup."

  • Delivery notes — e.g., "Driver will bring change for cash payments."

  • Dine-in notes — e.g., "Please take a seat and your order will be brought to you."

These notes appear as a blue info banner on the checkout page when the customer selects the corresponding service type.

Custom checkout fields

Add custom fields to your checkout form for each service type. For example:

  • A "Special requests" text field for all orders.

  • A "Table number" dropdown for dine-in orders.

  • A "Buzzer number" field for pickup.

Fields can be text inputs, checkboxes, or dropdown selectors, and can be marked as required or optional.
