Your store profile

Go to Settings > Store to manage your store's basic information:

  • Store name — your restaurant's name as it appears on the storefront and receipts.

  • Phone number — your contact number, shown to customers.

  • Email address — your contact email.

  • ABN — your Australian Business Number, shown on tax invoices.

  • Address — your full street address, city, state, and postcode.

  • Coordinates — latitude and longitude for delivery zone calculations and map display. These are usually set automatically from your address.

Default preparation time

Set the default time it takes to prepare an order. This is shown to customers as an estimated wait time and is used by the auto-status features.

Store status

Your store can be in one of these states:

  • Active — your store is live and accepting orders.

  • Inactive — your store is paused and not accepting orders. Customers can still view your menu but cannot checkout.

You can change your store's status here or use the merchant app for quick open/close/pause controls.
