Taking your store offline temporarily
Maintenance mode lets you take your storefront offline for updates, renovations, or planned closures without losing your setup.
Enabling maintenance mode
Go to Settings > System.
Toggle maintenance mode on.
Customers visiting your storefront will see a maintenance message instead of the menu.
When to use it
Making major menu changes and want to go live all at once.
Renovating and temporarily closed for an extended period.
Seasonal closure (e.g., closed for January).
App links
The maintenance settings page also shows links to your merchant app and any other connected apps, making it easy to share these links with your staff.
