Quick orders from behind the counter
The Mini POS PIN feature lets your staff place orders directly from the dashboard using a simple PIN code, without going through the full login process each time.
Setting up a PIN
Go to Settings > Operations.
Set a numeric PIN code.
Using the Mini POS
Staff can use the Staff Order page to quickly create orders on behalf of customers who walk in or call. The PIN authorises the transaction without requiring a full login.
When to use it
Taking phone orders.
Walk-in customers who prefer to order at the counter.
Quick internal orders for staff meals.
