Guest checkout
Customers can place orders without creating an account. They just need to provide their name, phone number, and email at checkout. This is the fastest way to order and removes friction for first-time customers.
Customer accounts
Customers who create an account get extra benefits:
Order history — see all past orders in one place.
Saved addresses — delivery addresses are saved for faster checkout next time.
Loyalty points — earn and track loyalty points across orders.
Push notifications — receive order status updates on their phone.
Faster checkout — their details are pre-filled on return visits.
Phone verification
For security, customers verify their phone number via a one-time code sent by SMS before their first order. This helps prevent fraudulent orders and ensures you can always reach your customer.
