Check these things first
If you are not seeing incoming orders, work through this checklist:
1. Is your store open?
Check the merchant app — make sure your store status shows as "Open". If it shows "Closed" or "Paused", open it or resume the paused services.
2. Are you within opening hours?
Verify your opening hours in Settings > Store. Your storefront only accepts orders during these hours.
3. Is your storefront published?
Check that your store is live by going to the Go Live page. All steps should show green ticks and the store should show as "Live".
4. Is the service type enabled?
Make sure the service types you want to accept orders for (pickup, delivery, dine-in) are enabled in Settings > Services.
5. Are payment methods enabled?
At least one payment method must be active. Check Settings > Payments.
6. Is the menu populated?
You need at least one menu with categories and available products. Check your Menu page.
7. Check your internet connection
Both the dashboard and merchant app require an internet connection. The merchant app shows a connection status banner at the top — if it shows "Disconnected", check your device's internet connection.
Still not working?
Try placing a test order yourself from your storefront. This will help you identify exactly where the issue is — whether the storefront is not loading, the checkout is failing, or the order is not appearing in your merchant app.
