Storefront Not Loading?

If your customers cannot access your storefront

1. Check if the URL is correct

Make sure you are sharing the correct storefront URL with customers. You can find it in your dashboard under Settings > Storefront or the Go Live page.

2. Custom domain not working

If you recently set up a custom domain, DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate. Check Settings > Storefront for the verification status. If it still shows as unverified after 48 hours, double-check your DNS settings with your domain registrar.

3. Store not published

If your store has not been published yet (Go Live checklist incomplete), customers will not see your storefront. Complete all Go Live steps and click "Go Live" to publish.

4. Maintenance mode

Check if maintenance mode is accidentally enabled in Settings > System. If it is on, customers see a maintenance message instead of your store.

5. Browser cache

Ask customers to clear their browser cache or try opening your storefront in a private/incognito browser window. Sometimes cached data from a previous version can cause issues.
