Restricting delivery areas
Sometimes you need to block specific addresses or areas from ordering delivery — perhaps due to difficult access, repeated issues, or areas outside your practical delivery range despite being within your zones.
Blocking addresses
Go to Settings > Services.
Find the Blocked Addresses section.
Add addresses or partial address matches that should be blocked.
How it works
When a customer enters a blocked address at checkout, they will see a message that delivery is not available to their address. They can still order for pickup or dine-in if those services are enabled.
When to use this
Addresses with repeated delivery issues (e.g., hard to find, gate codes that never work).
Areas with safety concerns for drivers.
Commercial or industrial zones you do not deliver to.
