Blocked Addresses and Delivery Restrictions

Restricting delivery areas

Sometimes you need to block specific addresses or areas from ordering delivery — perhaps due to difficult access, repeated issues, or areas outside your practical delivery range despite being within your zones.

Blocking addresses

  1. Go to Settings > Services.

  2. Find the Blocked Addresses section.

  3. Add addresses or partial address matches that should be blocked.

How it works

When a customer enters a blocked address at checkout, they will see a message that delivery is not available to their address. They can still order for pickup or dine-in if those services are enabled.

When to use this

  • Addresses with repeated delivery issues (e.g., hard to find, gate codes that never work).

  • Areas with safety concerns for drivers.

  • Commercial or industrial zones you do not deliver to.
