Keeping the app current
The merchant app is a web-based app that updates automatically in most cases. However, sometimes the app can cache an older version.
Forcing an update
If the merchant app seems outdated or you know a new version has been released:
On Android — go to your device Settings > Apps > find the merchant app > Storage > Clear Data. Then reopen the app and log in again.
On iPhone — go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > find the merchant app domain > Delete. Then reopen.
Alternative — uninstall the app from your home screen and reinstall it by visiting the merchant app URL again and adding it to your home screen.
Checking your version
The merchant app settings page shows the current version. If you are experiencing issues, check if your version is up to date.
