Group Orders

Ordering together

Group ordering lets multiple people contribute to a single order. One person starts the group order and shares a link with friends, family, or colleagues. Everyone adds their items to the same cart, and the host places the final order.

How it works

  1. A customer starts a group order from your storefront.

  2. They receive a shareable link or code.

  3. Other people open the link and add their items to the shared cart.

  4. The host reviews the combined order and places it.

Use cases

  • Office lunch orders — one person coordinates, everyone picks their own meal.

  • Family dinners — each family member adds what they want.

  • Events — gather orders from a group before placing one large order.

Group orders appear as a single order in your dashboard and merchant app, making them easy to prepare and manage.
