Once your Stripe Connect platform is set up, each restaurant needs to create their own Stripe Express account.
From the reseller dashboard:
Go to Stores → click on the restaurant → Settings → Payments tab
Click "Start Stripe Onboarding"
A new tab opens with Stripe's Express signup form
The restaurant owner (or you, on their behalf) fills in:
Business details (name, ABN, address)
Bank account for payouts (BSB + account number)
Identity verification
After completion, they're redirected back to your dashboard
The store's status changes to "Connected" with a green "Charges OK" badge
What the restaurant sees on their bank statement:
The store name is automatically set as the statement descriptor, so customers see the restaurant name (e.g. "FLAME & DOUGH") on their card statement — not your reseller brand.
