If you charge restaurants a monthly fee:
Go to Payment Models
Set the monthly fee amount
Each restaurant's billing status shows in "Restaurant Payment Status":
Active — subscription current, payments up to date
Past Due — payment failed, needs attention
Suspended — cancelled or too many failed payments
None — no billing set up yet
