This means the store hasn't completed Stripe Express onboarding.
Fix:
Go to the store's Settings → Payments tab
Click "Start Stripe Onboarding" or "Continue Onboarding"
Complete the Stripe form
Check that the status changes to "Connected" with "Charges OK" badge
If it still shows "pending", the restaurant may have incomplete requirements (e.g. identity verification). Check the Stripe Dashboard for details.
