I Can't See the Reseller Dashboard

If you're landing on a store selection screen instead of the reseller dashboard:

  • Make sure you're logging in with your reseller email (the one used to create the reseller account)

  • Your account role must be set to "owner" or "tenant"

  • If you were recently added as team member, ask the account owner to check your role
