For cash orders, commission isn't automatically collected (there's no card charge to deduct from). Instead:
Cash commission is tracked in the Commission Report
Shows as "Pending (Cash)" with the total amount owed
You collect this from the restaurant separately (e.g. monthly invoice, bank transfer)
Once collected, mark it as settled in the report
