How Errors Are Tracked
Spatula uses Sentry for automatic error tracking across all apps — the dashboard, storefront, and merchant app. When something goes wrong, it's automatically captured and logged so we can investigate and fix it quickly.
What This Means for You
Faster fixes — we see errors as they happen, often before you report them
Better context — each error includes which page it happened on, what browser was used, and what action triggered it
No action needed — error tracking is fully automatic. You don't need to install or configure anything
Reporting a Bug
If you encounter a problem that hasn't been automatically fixed:
Note what you were doing when the issue occurred
Take a screenshot if possible
Contact us through the help chat (bottom-right corner of the dashboard)
Describe the steps to reproduce the issue
With our error tracking in place, we'll often have additional context about your issue before you even reach out.
