What is the daily specials banner?

The daily specials banner highlights one or more limited-time offers at the top of your storefront. Each special can have a stock limit, a sold-out badge once depleted, and an automatic expiry at the end of the day.

Setting up a special

  1. Go to Experiential → Daily Specials in your dashboard.

  2. Click Add special.

  3. Enter a name, a short description, and an optional image.

  4. Link the special to an existing menu item or deal so customers go straight to it when they tap the banner.

  5. Choose how long it should run — until the end of the day, a set number of hours, or a specific date.

  6. If you only have a fixed number to sell (for example, 20 servings), enter that quantity. The banner will switch to a sold-out badge once the limit is reached.

How customers see specials

Specials appear as a prominent banner on your storefront. When a customer taps the banner, they're taken straight to the matching item or deal in your menu, ready to add to cart.

When specials expire

Specials disappear automatically at the end of their run, so you don't need to remember to remove them. If you want to end one early, just open the special and turn it off.

Tips

  • Use specials to move stock that's about to expire or to push slow days.

  • Photos drive far higher click-through — add an image whenever possible.

  • Limited-quantity specials create urgency. Ten servings at a discount usually sell faster than an unlimited offer at the same price.

  • Pair a daily special with a free-delivery threshold for an extra nudge.
