What is brand management?
If you operate more than one brand — say, a pizza chain and a separate burger concept — brand management lets you keep each brand's identity tidy while still running everything from one dashboard. Each brand has its own logo, colours, fonts and storefront feel, and stores are assigned to a brand so they automatically inherit the right look and tone.
Creating a brand
Open the Tenant section of your dashboard.
Choose Brands.
Click New Brand.
Enter the brand name, upload a logo and set the brand colours.
Save the brand.
Assigning stores to a brand
Open the Stores list.
Pick the store you want to update.
Choose the brand from the dropdown.
Save your changes.
The store's storefront, merchant app and notification templates immediately pick up the assigned brand's logo and colours.
Batch operations
You can update settings across all stores in a brand at once — for example, applying a new colour palette to every storefront under a brand without visiting each store individually.
Tips
Keep brand names short. They appear in customer-facing receipts and notifications.
Use distinct colour palettes for each brand so customers can tell them apart at a glance.
If you ever rebrand, update the brand once and every store under it picks up the change.
