Order History and Reordering

What is order history?

Every customer with an account on your storefront can view their full order history. From the history page they can review past orders, reorder favourites with one tap, and check what they spent.

How customers access order history

Customers find their order history under the account menu on your storefront. The page shows each order with the date, items, total, and status. Tapping into an order reveals the full receipt.

Reordering with one tap

  1. The customer opens any past order in their history.

  2. They tap Reorder to add the same items to a new cart.

  3. If any items are no longer available or have changed, the storefront shows a friendly message and skips those items.

  4. The customer reviews the cart and proceeds through checkout as normal.

What if a past item is unavailable?

If an item from a past order has been removed, paused, or changed, the storefront automatically excludes it from the reorder and lets the customer know. The remaining items are still added to the cart so the customer can carry on.

Tips

  • Encourage customers to create an account so they can build a useful order history and reorder quickly.

  • Keep menu names and modifier groups stable when possible — this makes reorder more reliable for regulars.
