What is Order My Usual?
Order My Usual is a quick reorder card that appears on your storefront for returning customers. It surfaces the items a customer orders most often so they can rebuild their favourite order in a single tap.
How it works
When a logged-in returning customer opens your storefront, the page looks at their past orders and identifies the items they order most often together. A card appears at the top of the menu with that order ready to add to cart.
What customers see
A card titled Order your usual or similar, with the customer's familiar items listed.
An Add to cart button that pre-fills the cart with the same items, sizes, and modifiers.
The card disappears once the customer has added the items or once they place a different order.
Tips
Order My Usual works best after a customer has placed three or four orders.
Encourage account creation on your storefront so more of your regulars unlock this experience.
If a usual item is paused or removed, the card skips that item and includes the rest.
