Reprinting an Order Receipt

Why reprint a receipt?

Receipts can get lost in the rush of service — paper jams, the wrong cut, or a kitchen ticket that's been wiped clean by spilled sauce. Reprinting lets you get a fresh copy without disturbing the order or contacting support.

Reprinting from the merchant app

  1. Open the merchant app.

  2. Tap the order you want to reprint. Active orders show in the New or In progress tabs, completed orders are under Done.

  3. Tap Reprint receipt.

  4. The receipt prints to your usual printer within a few seconds.

Reprinting from the dashboard

  1. Open the dashboard and go to Orders.

  2. Find the order you want to reprint.

  3. Open the order detail and click Reprint.

What if it doesn't print?

  • Check the printer is on, has paper, and the lid is closed.

  • Look at the printer status in the dashboard — if it shows offline, restart the printer.

  • Try a Test print from the dashboard's Receipt settings to confirm the connection.

  • If the printer prints test pages but not order receipts, get in touch with support.

Tips

  • You can reprint as many times as needed — there's no limit.

  • If you've changed receipt settings since the order was placed, reprints use the latest format.

  • For busy kitchens, keep a roll of paper and a backup printer cable on hand.
