What this is
If you can't remember the password for your Spatula dashboard or merchant app, you can reset it from the login screen without contacting support. A reset link is sent to the email address on your account.
How to reset your password
Open the login page in the dashboard or the merchant app.
Tap or click Forgot password below the password field.
Enter the email address on your account and submit.
Check your inbox for the reset email. The link is valid for a limited time, so use it soon after it arrives.
Open the link, choose a new password, and confirm it.
You'll be returned to the login screen — sign in with your new password.
If the email doesn't arrive
Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm the email address you entered matches the one on your account exactly.
Wait a few minutes — emails can take a moment to arrive.
If it still doesn't appear, request a new reset link.
Tips
Use a long, memorable phrase rather than a short password — it's easier to remember and harder to guess.
If you have two-factor authentication turned on, you'll still be prompted for your code after resetting.
Resetting your password doesn't sign other staff out of their own accounts.
