Creating Your Spatula Account

What this is

Before you set up a store, you need a Spatula account. The signup flow asks for your personal details first — your name, email, and phone — and then walks you through creating your first store and brand.

Signing up

  1. Open the signup page from the dashboard.

  2. Enter your full name, email address, and mobile number.

  3. Choose a strong password.

  4. Confirm your email address from the verification message we send you.

Adding your first store

Once your account is active, you'll see a prompt to create a store. You can:

  • Choose a brand name — this is how your business appears on receipts and the storefront.

  • Pick a single-location or multi-location setup.

  • Enter your store address and trading hours.

You can always add more stores or rename your brand later from the dashboard.

Next steps

After your store is created, head to the setup checklist on the dashboard home. It walks you through the remaining tasks — menu, payments, opening hours, printer pairing, and going live.
