What this is
Customers who book with you can see all their past and upcoming bookings on a personal history page on your storefront. They can review details, modify upcoming bookings, or cancel them — without needing to call the restaurant.
How customers reach it
The customer signs in to their account on your storefront.
They open the My Bookings page from the account menu.
Their full booking history appears, sorted with upcoming bookings on top.
What customers can do
View details — date, time, party size, table, and any special requests.
Modify upcoming bookings — change the date, time, or party size, subject to your booking rules.
Cancel an upcoming booking — if cancellation is allowed in your settings.
See deposit status — whether a deposit was paid, refunded, or is being held.
Tips
Encourage customers to make an account at booking time — guests without accounts can't access the history page.
Set clear cancellation cut-off times in your booking settings so customers know how late they can change a booking.
The history page is a great place to drive repeat visits — customers often rebook from a previous reservation.
