How menus work
Your menu is organised in a hierarchy: Menus contain Categories, and Categories contain Products. For example, you might have a "Main Menu" with categories like "Pizzas", "Pasta", "Sides", and "Drinks".
Creating a menu
Go to the Menu page in your dashboard.
Click the "+ New Menu" button.
Give your menu a name (e.g., "Main Menu", "Lunch Menu", "Weekend Specials").
You can optionally set the menu to only show for certain service types (pickup only, delivery only) or during certain hours.
Creating categories
Inside your menu, click "+ Add Category".
Name the category (e.g., "Pizzas", "Burgers", "Beverages").
Categories can have their own availability settings — for example, a "Lunch Specials" category that only shows between 11am and 2pm.
Reordering
Drag and drop categories and products to reorder them. The order you set here is the order customers see on your storefront. Grab the handle on the left of any item and drag it to its new position.
Tips
Keep your menu structure simple — customers should find what they want within a few taps.
Use clear category names that match what your customers expect.
If you have different menus for different times of day, create separate menus and set their availability hours.
