Adding a product

  1. Go to Menu, find the category you want to add to, and click "+ Add Product".

  2. Enter the product name, description, and price.

  3. Upload a product image (recommended — products with images get more orders).

  4. Set the product as available or unavailable. Unavailable products will be greyed out on your storefront.

Product details

  • Name — what your customers see (e.g., "Margherita Pizza").

  • Description — a short description of the dish.

  • Price — the base price. If you have sizes, this will be the default size price.

  • Image — upload a photo of the dish. Use well-lit, appetising photos for best results.

Availability windows

You can set time-based availability for any product. For example, a breakfast item could be available only between 7am and 11am. Outside those hours, the item will be hidden from the menu automatically.

Toggling availability

If you run out of an ingredient, you can quickly mark a product as unavailable. It will show as greyed out and customers will not be able to add it to their cart. You can also do this from the merchant app under the Menu tab.

Editing products

Click on any product to open its editor. You can change any detail — name, description, price, image, or availability. Changes take effect immediately on your storefront.

Deleting products

Click the menu icon on a product card and select "Delete". Deleted products are removed from your storefront immediately. This action cannot be undone, but the product will still appear in historical orders.
