Setting Up Meal Deals

Written by Dazza

What are meal deals?

Meal deals let you offer bundled combos at a fixed price. For example, "Family Deal: Any 2 large pizzas + garlic bread + 1.25L drink for $45". Customers pick one item for each slot in the deal.

Creating a deal

  1. Go to Menu and open the Deals panel.

  2. Click "+ New Deal".

  3. Give the deal a name, description, and set the deal price.

  4. Optionally set an active period (start and end dates) for limited-time promotions.

Adding deal slots

Each deal has one or more "slots" — each slot is a choice the customer makes:

  1. Click "+ Add Slot" inside your deal.

  2. Name the slot (e.g., "Choose your first pizza").

  3. Add rules for what the customer can pick: choose from specific categories or specific products.

  4. You can set price overrides per rule — for example, upgrading from a Medium to a Large pizza in the deal might cost an extra $3.

How customers see deals

Deals appear as special cards on your menu. When a customer taps a deal, they are guided through each slot to build their combo. The deal price is shown instead of individual product prices.

Tips

  • Deals are a great way to increase average order value.

  • Use descriptive slot names so customers know exactly what to choose.

  • Limited-time deals with end dates create urgency and drive more orders.
